A couple of days ago, we spotted this P35,000 iPad 2 on TipidPC. Now, it's the Motorola Atrix 4G's turn to be dangled to potential buyers on TipidCP. The question is, will anyone take the bait forP41,900?
That asking price is not cheap; the unlocked Atrix's price in the U.S. is around P30,000. Then again, what else is new? Expect huge markups when gadgets that are not officially launched in the Philippines make their way here. We've seen this most recently in the case of the iPad 2. And don't get us started on the first-gen iPad.
We still think that someone somewhere out there is going to buy that Motorola Atrix 4G. After all, Moto still calls it the "world's most powerful smartphone," despite being beaten by the LG Optimus 2X in performance tests. The phone can transform into a smartbook (with added peripherals which we don't think are included in the post) and has some of the best handset specs known to man. Heck, it is even cheaper than the iPhone 4 (32GB) when Globe first released the latter.
The one we're more concerned about is the credibility of the seller, of course. But if you're really set on buying the Motorola Atrix 4G, then go here. Just don't tell us we didn't warn you.
