Measuring just four-tenths of an inch thick, the new Adamo XPS is thinner than its predecessor, the Adamo, and weighs only 3lbs. But that is not to say that it ain't "thick" in features. The XPS boasts 4GB of DDR3 800 memory, an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.4 GHz processor, a bright 13.4-inch HD WLED display as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
As its name suggests, the Adamo (Latin for "to fall in love") XPS is set to make us weak in the knees. And mind you, it's not just because of its price which starts at $1,799 or about P80,000. We at Techie have already confessed our love for it if only for its looks. Unfortunately, it is not yet available for sale, though Dell announced that it will be taking orders and shipping units starting this December. The units will be pre-installed with Microsoft Windows 7.
