The Acer Aspire Predator G7710 updates the "can't miss it" chassis with newer-generation internals, including Core i7 and GeForce GTX, and sells at a price much more reasonable than some insane gaming systems we've seen lately.
Love it: Four hard drive bays with front access and RAID capabilities. Gaming performance for not much money (played three out of four game tests smoothly). Speedy multimedia performance. SLI and CrossFireX compatible. Plenty of expansion space and power for upgrades.
Hate it: Overly complicated door hinders internal access. Love-it-or-hate-it styling. Some crapware. Could use some metal in the swing arms. 60-day trial subscription to McAfee Internet Security.
