Amazon slips $650 price tag for Samsung Sliding PC 7 Series

Amazon today accidentally posted the Samsung Sliding PC 7 Series up for pre-order. According to Amazon's listing (via Netbook News), which has now been pulled, the device will ship for $650.
The product on Amazon appears to be the cheapest option because it mentions a 32GB SSD, Intel's 1.5GHz Atom Oak Trail Z670 processor, as well as 802.11b/g/n WiFi. All of these seem to be the lower end options, though it's not clear if Samsung still plans on offering hardware customizability for the device.
Samsung first announced the sliding tablet PC four months ago. We then learned that the hybrid weighs 2.2 pounds, features a 10.1-inch (1366x768 resolution) display, Intel's 1.66GHz Z670 Oak Trail processor, 32GB or 64GB of flash storage, 2GB of RAM, and Windows 7 Home Premium preloaded with various Samsung-developed touch-optimized apps music, video, photos, weather, and more.
The slider also packs USB 2.0 and HDMI ports, a 4-in-1 card reader, a front 1.3MP camera, a rear 3.0MP camera, optional WiMAX connectivity, an ambient light sensor, and supposedly boots in under 20 seconds – not bad for an ultraportable device running a full copy of Windows 7. The six-cell battery supposedly offers up to nine hours of battery life.
Pricing was supposed to start at $700 and availability was slated for March 2011, but the Z670 was delayed to May. That appears to be the main reason for the delay, but Samsung still has some explaining to do. Do the discrepancies in price and specifications mean that Samsung is offering multiple variants or does it mean that the company is going to push just the cheapest option?
